Litium is a fast growing product company, born in Sweden and expanding throughout the Nordics. They provide a smart and flexible platform for e-commerce that helps customers grow.
Litium are now looking for a senior Sales Manager with a hunter profile to strengthen the Commercial team and growth in Norway. You will be working closely with the Sales Director to drive local strategy and ensure that Litium becomes available for even more consumers.
About the Role
You will play a key role in taking Litium to the next level on the Norwegian market. You will manage the full customer journey and life-cycle from prospecting to winning. One focus area will be to build, manage and develop collaborations with the Norwegian Solution Partners. You will also be responsible for strengthening the Litium brand and offering in Norway.
Together with Litium’s commercial team you will work in a dynamic growth team to accelerate the business and evolve the go-to market strategy.
You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Specific competence
- Relevant academic education.
- 5-7 years of working experience.
- Experience from B2B Sales, Partner Management, or Business Development.
- Experience from e-commerce.
- Experience from a SaaS company.
- Experience from the Norwegian market will be important
- Fluent Norwegian in both speech and writing is a requirement.
