Ready to spearhead innovation in the electric vehicle charging revolution? TRATON GROUP is on the lookout for an experienced Product Owner to join our newly established service entity, TRATON Charging Solutions. TRATON Charging Solutions is a service entity of the TRATON GROUP dedicated to simplifying electric commercial transport. Offering a range of capabilities, including contracting, invoicing, charging capabilities and utilization insights, it ensures a seamless charging experience for electric commercial vehicles.
This role involves frequent international collaboration and offers a dynamic work environment with a diverse range of tasks that value technical expertise, effective relationship management, and structured ways of working. The position is within a lean and efficient organization under the strong umbrella of the TRATON GROUP.
At TRATON Charging Solutions, we facilitate access to charging locations for electric trucks and maintain the most extensive network of public charging points across eleven European countries. Operating in an international setting, we actively collaborate with colleagues throughout the entire group. Our team consists of dedicated individuals with diverse backgrounds who share a passion for solving problems and devising optimal solutions for TRATON GROUP brand customers. What Are You Going To Do
- Market Understanding: Dive deep into the market, understanding customer needs to inform product development decisions.
- Task Translation: Translate product managers' strategies into actionable tasks for the development team, fostering a seamless execution process.
- Backlog Prioritization: Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and development priorities.
- Liaison Between Teams: Serve as a bridge between product managers and the development team, ensuring effective communication and understanding of objectives.
- Accessibility and Support: Stay accessible to the development team, providing guidance and answering questions to facilitate a smooth workflow.
We're Looking For An Individual Who
- Balances Ambition with Detail-Oriented Approach: Excels at managing the big picture while caring for the crucial details.

Preferred Competences/Background
- 5-7 Years of Experience: Proven track record in a similar role, especially in backend development environments.
- Coding Background (Preferable): A coding background is preferred, emphasizing technical understanding over UX/design, although customer-centricity remains crucial.
- EV Environment Experience (Desirable): Experience in the electric vehicle industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
