To continue this journey, they are now looking for a Head of Digital Product Management – a key role in driving the digital product strategy, leading high‑performing teams, and shaping the future of Dustin’s digital channels.

 

About the role - Your role & influence as Head of Digital Product Management

Responsibility

The Head of Digital Product Management is responsible for leading the strategic and tactical development of Dustin’s digital product interfaces in line with Dustin’s strategy. The role ensures alignment between product vision and company strategy, drives cross-functional collaboration, and fosters a high-performing team culture. This position is central to shaping Dustin’s digital product landscape, ensuring it delivers customer value, scalability, and business impact.

Collaboration

Together with your team, you take care of delivering scalable, customer‑centric digital product experiences, and you’ll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also across the whole group with departments such as E-com, Marketing, Relation sales, Offering and Technology.

Core activities

  • Align digital product strategy with business goals while fostering a data‑driven, customer‑centric, and learning‑oriented culture.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team of 6 digital product managers and 2 SEO specialists across multiple markets and intefaces.
  • Drive quarterly and long‑term planning for digital product initiatives, ensuring clear priorities, ownership, and progress.

Dustin envision you as a curious and driven leader who thrives in a central role and is motivated by leading people, products, and transformation toward clear customer and business value.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
  • 6–8 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. Head of Digital Product, CPO).
  • Experience with leading within modern digital product development:
    • Building customer-driven product strategies and roadmaps integrated with technical roadmaps
    • Bridging business and commercial goals with technical execution
    • Acting as a strategic partner to stakeholders
  • 3–5 years of experience in roles closely connected to tech.
  • Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives in large organizations.
  • Experience within e-commerce / online business.
  • Experience working with Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum).
