About the position
We are now looking for a highly tech-oriented leader with a strong customer obsession to manage Cloud & Infra service area at Dustin within Service Excellence. You will be in the epicenter for efficient modern IT in the Nordics, and our strong value-based culture is a great foundation for building high performing and motivated teams. We provide Cloud and infrastructure services with extensive uptime and a high level of flexibility and scalability to meet our customer requirements at the best price. As Head of Cloud & Infra service area you can be located in any of the Nordic countries, it could be either Denmark, Norway or Sweden, more important is your strong drive and ability to engage and create an ambitious team across the regions. As an organization we are perceived as service oriented with an extensive knowledge of our domains and always with a customer first approach, and this is also what motivates you as a leader.
What you will be doing
- Responsible for operation and delivery of cloud and infrastructure services both to our customers but also internally at Dustin.
- Lead a team of 6 managers across the Nordic countries.
- Responsible for continuous improvements of all our core processes and drive different strategies of development.
- Work closely with cross functional teams & managers and play a key role in improving the operational performance and customer experience within cloud and infrastructure service.
- Responsible for strengthening the communication with the rest of the organization and work with transparency in order to achieve set results and goals.
- Your work will require travelling on a regular basis across the Nordic countries.

What you will bring
- 10+ years experience of management roles in complex structure.
- 7+ years supervising technology professionals and experience from managing managers.
- 7+ years experience of managing units within IT infrastructure and network services.
- 3+ years experience from CISO role or equivalent.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Business understanding.
- Proven track record of driving change and transformation.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in a Nordic language and English
- Master's degree is very meritorious.
