We are now looking for a Group IT Operations Manager to join our Group IT office at the Anticimex Headquarters in Stockholm.

The need for a functional and efficient Group IT service is increasing. We are now looking for a Group IT Operations Manager to join our Group IT office at the Anticimex Headquarters in Stockholm.
About the Role
The Group IT Team is responsible for supporting Anticimex shared global operations with IT services and support. The team is also responsible for performing IT due diligence, ensuring that security is at a top level. Other tasks include negotiating license agreements with our most important vendors and partners, such as Microsoft, for the whole group including subsidiaries.
In this role your primary responsibility is to manage and develop the Group IT support function and our global Shared Services including licenses, follow up on budget and running costs, invoicing and vendor management. You will be a crucial part in further developing an efficient Shared Service platform supporting our strategic goals and growth, ensuring that Anticimex is an IT front runner.
Today the team consists of three technicians and you will also be responsible for additional recruitments. You will report to the Head of Group IT and work closely with all IT Managers and IT staff around the world.
Responsibilities for the team include:
- Provide and maintain the Office 365 platform.
- Provide and maintain license for shared services (Microsoft, Adobe, etc).
- Provide and maintain shared applications like Intranet Digital Workplace, IBM Cognos, PowerBI Premium Node etc.
- Manage the overall Active Directory infrastructure.
- Provide and maintain central infrastructure to connect countries.
- Migrate (or support migration) of acquisitions to Shared Service platform.
- IT security measures for Shared Service platform.
- Provide local IT support for Anticimex International (HQ).
- Support Internal Control and Operations Review.
- Maintain the IT Tech Network (SharePoint).

You have
- At least 5 years experience from working in IT Operations or Shared Services.
- Experience from being Team Lead or having a manager position.
- Good knowledge in Office 365 and Excel.
- Experience from supplier co-operation and license management.
- Experience from SaaS business or software company.
- Experience from an international company.
- Experience from private enterprise.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
It is a merit if you also have:
- Knowledge in Microsoft systems, such as Azure.
- Knowledge in IT security and compliance, for example ISO 27001, PCI-DSS.
- Experience from IT due diligence.
