Dutch-speaking Business Development Representative – Stockholm

About the role
As a Business Development Representative, you'll be an essential part of the company’s growth strategy. You'll work closely with sales and marketing to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities within the Dutch market. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career looking to develop in a high-impact, international sales environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive outbound prospecting activities and secure qualified meetings.
- Build and execute personalized outreach strategies within the Dutch market.
- Conduct market research to identify and qualify leads.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to support pipeline development and market expansion.
- Represent the company at events and conferences alongside the commercial team.
- Support marketing initiatives such as webinars, event follow-ups, and outreach campaigns.
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha to drive results.
What we’re looking for:
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or outbound prospecting.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
- Proactive, structured, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Experience working with sales tools and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Previous experience engaging with C-level stakeholders is a merit.
- Familiarity with Enterprise sales and the MEDDIC methodology is an advantage.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (Swedish is a plus).
Team & reporting
You’ll join a team of BDRs based in Stockholm and report to the Director of Revenue Operations & Business Development. You’ll work closely with an Enterprise Account Executive located in the Netherlands.
Location: Stockholm
Travel: Approx. 1 trip/month, mostly for events
Start date: Flexible, ideally within 1–3 months
Employment: Permanent, full-time
