About The Position
Dustin comes from being the leading B2B e-com player in the Nordics, focusing on hardware sales. In the last couple of years, Dustin has raised its ambition and are now aiming to become a role model for e-com, expanding into Europe and being as successful in selling services and software online as they are in selling hardware. The spending on software in the market is rapidly increasing and to capture that potential Dustin is launching a new start of its Software business. The first step, the integration of a new marketplace platform, is already in place. This is where the journey starts for the Commercial Product Manager SaaS.
What you will be doing
The Commercial Product Manager will be a part of a newly formed team at the heart of the business. The team is not only situated in Dustin ́s engine (SMB) but more specifically in the Transactional Sales & Offering organization which is the central business steering department. The team is responsible for new growth initiatives and the buzzwords we love are customer development, growth hacking and customer experience. The team will initially consist of a Junior Growth Manager, Commercial Product Manager Software and Operational Product Manager Software.
- Build a great customer experience to create loyal customers and opportunities for x-sell and up-sell.
- Responsible for the customer base and revenues: customer intake, churn reduction, and revenue per customer.
- Decide prices and ensure margins to drive a profitable business.
- Based on customer insights, develop the software offering and the right features in the marketplace platform.
- Together with Marketing, develop the value proposition of Dustin’s software business.
- Commercially responsible for software supplier relations, evaluations, and contracts.
- Ensure complete follow up capabilities are in place.
- Take ownership of current support offer to Microsoft customers.
- Define yearly budget needs to keep growing the business.
- Initial business focus in the Nordics - advice on roadmap and readiness evaluation in Benelux.
- Ensure that documentation lives up to the legal conditions needed across the markets.

What you bring
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English and Swedish language.
- Experience from working in a commercial role.
- Understanding from working in a complex business with PnL responsibility.
- Experience from working with B2B
- Experience from working with software, SaaS, Cloud or similar.
- Good ability and understanding from working in a matrix-driven organization.
- Experience from subscription / recurring revenue businesses
